Genes determine: whether your are right or left handed is determine by the genes you receive from your parents. Being left handed is considered a recessive trait. There is no evidence that left handed people are smarter or stronger than right handers.

No, the same: Genetics are the most likely explanation for handedness. And, not left-handed people are neither smarter nor more powerful than right=-handed people.
