Liver ammonia test says normal range is 27-102 ug/dl husbands is 108. is this considered just slightly high or concern?

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, the ammonia level is normal, however it of concern that the doctor though to do ammonia level. If he drinks alcohol, he should stop entirely.

I'm worried: I'd be quite concerned that the liver's not really back to normal. Don't treat the lab value, but follow this and keep an eye on the big picture.
