Having said that, the ammonia level is normal, however it of concern that the doctor though to do ammonia level. If he drinks alcohol, he should stop entirely.

I'm worried: I'd be quite concerned that the liver's not really back to normal. Don't treat the lab value, but follow this and keep an eye on the big picture.
