Unlikely cause: The reported incidence of elevated prolactin from taking fluoxetine is rare. That said, see your pcp or an endocrinologist to confirm diagnosis, find cause for elevated prolactin and treatment. Only lower or stop fluoxetine if recommended by your doctor(s). Best wishes.
