got a cramp in both calves from swimming ,calves still hurt after swimming ,3 days later still hurts hellpp i tired painkillers nothing works ?

Massage and stretch: Would be what I recommend. Anytime, I hear calf pain, I like to rule out a clot. The odds of a 16 year old having one and having it in each leg is likely very low, but I would still be safe rather than sorry. I would also consider taking a magnesium supplement.
