Challenge thoughts: One effective treatment is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) which includes evaluating thoughts for their validity and countering thought patterns with more valid data. Treatment increases to where an individual manages thoughts/anxiety while increasing heart rate. Recommend formal CBT if it is available. If not recommend health tap consult for instruction. Self help options in comments section.
