More info: we would need much more information to give worthwhile answer, such as age of patient, one eye, both eye, how long did it last, were there any other symptoms, did it improve, etc.

Change in vision: Sounds like possible dry eye due to change of tempearture (like when enter air conditioned room from the heat, your glasses fog over) But if occurs again, see eye care doc.
