Blood pressure chang: You are most likely experiencing orthostatic hypotension. This is where your blood pressure at rest fails to increase upon standing, resulting in less oxygen to your brain which then leads to your blurred vision, dizziness, etc. Make sure you are well hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids, and talk to your doctor if you take any diuretics or medicine for high blood pressure. Stand slowly and wait.
