Been treating myself w terazol (terconazole) for 4 days now - lab results just came. no yeast infection. should i continue treatment or stop? will it mess up my ph?

Either: There is no harm in finishing the med in case the lab test is falsely negative. it will not change your vaginal pH. Followup with your doctor in couple weeks to be sure the vaginitis is gone.

How are you?: You must have had some symptoms that suggested to you that you had a vaginal infection. It sounds like it wasn't yeast, but perhaps something else. You can probably stop the Terazol, (terconazole) but perhaps your doctor tested for other pathogens and you need to substitute another treatment. Review your next steps with the doctor who provided the testing. Good wishes:)

Finish treatment: The lab tests for Yeast are not perfect. If you had symptoms of yeast, I would suggest finishing the treatment. It won't hurt you in any way or change your ph. Best wishes!
