From inflammation: Terazol (terconazole) can cause local burning, irritation, and in some patients even uterine contractions from inflammation. I suspect this may be local irritation from the medication causing a bit of bleeding locally. If it doesn't go away within 48 hours or it worsens i would see your doc about this.
