I have 67 med allergies, is there anything i can do that might help me not be allergic to so much?

Avoid exposure.: In those with multiple drug allergies, I recommend tying to limit exposure to medicines. If any history of penicillin allergy, find an allergist and get tested, as there is much unnecessary avoidance in those with old history of penicillin allergy. Try to minimize antibiotic exposure especially.
