Consult allergist: A board certified allergist is specifically trained to investigate and manage adverse reactions to drugs including multiple drug allergies. These can be complex and an experienced allergist can likely provide some answers and direction.

Avoid exposure.: In those with multiple drug allergies, I recommend tying to limit exposure to medicines. If any history of penicillin allergy, find an allergist and get tested, as there is much unnecessary avoidance in those with old history of penicillin allergy. Try to minimize antibiotic exposure especially.
