3 ingredients: Bioflu has three ingredients. One is an antihistamine, chlorpheniramine malware. One is phenylephrin which can cause jitteriness,increased heart rate and increased blood pressure. It is used to dry up secretions The last is paracetamol which is used for pain. You haven't described your allergy but this is the hazard of taking a pill with multiple components.
