Rhinitis: need to be known whether allergic or nonallergic,that would be confirmed by allergy testing after careful history and physical examination,early morning symptoms may point towards an indoor cause/allergen, most notable are dust mites, cockroaches,animal dander or molds,needs evaluation by an allergist/immunologist, meanwhile use saline nasal wash, steroid nasal sprays regularly, where's your file?
