The radiologist is: not sure what to make of this small nodule. If it was to be calcified then it would be one thing. For example an old residual of infection. This is not calcified. This opens up many other possibilities. An old infection is still a consideration. It depends on where it is in the lung, how many and do you have an old study. It may be worthwhile waiting a short period and repeat the ct to check it
