What is the difference between isotonic and hypertonic eye washes? i need to rinse my eyes several times a day due to allergies?

Only normal saline!: for allergies, meaning isotonic.. Hypertonic saline 5% is better for corneal edema or swelling eye conditions that need to reduce swelling not for allergies. We see best when the cornea is clear and not swollen.
