Headache vertigo insomnia nervousness mood swings edema muscle weakness bp elevated glucose intolerance petechiae/ecchymosis facial erythema menstrual irregularities hypokalemia iop incr. Impaired wound healing (long-term use) cushing syndrome skin pigmentation abnormality hirsutism urticaria.
