I have a lot lipomas, a cut a lot but have a new one. do you krw reason, what i have to do?

No one knows but: I suspect that weight gain may lead to enlargement of the lipoma for some people. This is really not a subject for research interest. When the lipoma gets really large & bothersome, it is usually surgically removed. It is otherwise just a cosmetic issue.
