White count?: I am not sure if the 13,000 refers to your white blood cell count, if so, it is high and should be repeated and evaluated if persistently high. The cervical lymph node size is a bit enlarged, not sure how large the axillary LN are, but without response to antibiotics and elevated white count, should consider additional testing, such as biopsy, CT scan and a hematologist consultation
