10 days ago terrible left side GI pain after bad meal. Had full blood workup, ultrasound to r/o gallstones, all normal. Diagnosis gastritis. Taking rx antacids. Chest pressure better but still have dull soreness at lower left rib. What could this be?
If blood pressure/heart rate normal can you still have a heart attack? What cause blood clot? I have teeth, jaw, arm, neck, chest pain left side all day?
