I had a massive od of propranalol and was releases yesterday from hospital today i have low pulse (44) and blood pressure (66/39)still and im getting pains like im being electrocuted on the left hand side of my chest is this something to worry about?

Go back. : I’d suggest you go back to the hospital. I don’t know how long you were there before discharge, but your heart rate and BP are still way too low.
