Unlikely: The symptoms of food allergy include: itchiness, rash , hives, lip/tongue swelling, vomiting, breathing problems. Brain fog is generally not considered a symptom of food allergy. While rashes can be indicative of food allergy, they generally tend to resolve when the culprit food is not consumed. A proper evaluation by a clinician skilled in food allergy diagnosis and treatment can be helpful.
