See the pediatrician: your nice friendly pediatrician will follow the baby by keeping up with the height and weight and the circumference of the head. they keep all this information on a chart and compare your child with the rest of the world children, and where they stand .and they keep following and advising if the baby is below average . so stay with your freindly local pediatrician, and follow their advises
