When burping , i get an ache behind my ears sometimes ..doesn't linger long at all. is that due to my bruxism issue or neck issue or even anxiety? curious

Possibly yes: to all three. Likely due to tension, strain or tenderness in the sternocleidomastoid muscles. All three of the above mentioned issues need to be followed up by the appropriate doctors/dentists.
