Chestpain: Not all chestpains are from heart, as you are not getting the pain with your exercise probably not from the heart. It could be related to the stomach and esophagus with irritation/ulcer could muscular, from the bones and cartilage in the chest area. Have it examined to get the right treatment. Light smoking or heavy smoking not really going to help any of these problems.
