A member asked:

Is there a certain order in which a baby's teeth should come in?

Absolutely: Google Baby Tooth Eruption Chart for information. Please know, and this is extremely important, that all children should have their 1st Dental Exam at eruption of the 1st baby tooth, but no later than 1st b'day. Recommend that you see a Pediatric Dental Specialist, a Pedodontist, to discuss dent-facial growth & development, fluoride, appropriate oral hygiene, bottle syndrome, etc.

Yes and no: For the vast majority of infants the eruption pattern is similar and very predictable. However, the emergence first of lateral incisors or other teeth does occur and does not mean there is something wrong.
