Not Cancer, unless..: Unless it is growing in size over a period of few months, it can not be cancer. If it is flat to the feel of your hand and remains unchanged in size, you can forget about Carcinoma as the cause. if its appearance bothers you, you should see a dermatologist to help you get rid of it.
