See your physician: Rectal burning on passage of stool is often due to an anal fissure(a crack in the anal mucosa). Soft unformed stools with lower abdominal pain could be due to a number of conditions such as lactose intolerance, viral gastroenteritis, etc. Please see your physician for proper diagnosis and treatment.
