Minor burn care: This burn is small and should not get infected. Neosporin ointment daily is a good treatment. If it is not healing within 2 weeks, then you should show it to your doctor. Wounds heal best when kept moist with a dressing or an antibiotic ointment. Letting them dry slows down the healing. Usually they hurt less, too!
