Nondiagnostic: I don't believe that it's diagnostic of pancreatic cancer in the absence of other supporting findings. Your gastroenterologist is best qualified to advise you,however.

CA 19-9: This is a tumor marker that is often used in the setting of symptoms pointing to pancreatic cancer to differentiate this from pancreatitis. If elevated, it can be useful in following response to treatment. But there are much better tests now such as pancreas protocol CT, or EUS- FNA. No one would treat for cancer based on the findings you describe, but it should lead to more investigation.
