I have small bumps throughout my fingers, most are on the joints. i also have horizontal ridges in my nails, the deepest ones on my thumbnails, help!

Dermatologist: A dermatologist would be best qualified to evaluate,advise and,if necessary,treat you or refer you. Occasionally bumps on joints are related to arthritis; also,ridges in fingernails may be a finding in psoriasis -present or future.

You need med eval: Horizontal nail ridges (or Beau’s lines)run across nail & might be signs of diabetes, thyroid disease, kidney disease. They may occur in people who had syphilis or muscles or who had chemotherapy. These should be evaluated.
