Acne vs Seb Hyper: Could be acne. However if they generally are not inflamed but simply raised it may be sebaceous hyperplasia. It is common on the face and forehead. It represents a thickening of the oil glands. I frequently laser them to improve the appearance. I would see your dermatologist to be evaluated and decide on a course of treatment. There is also a possibility of it being molloscum contagiosum.
