Acne vs warts: Have you treated it for acne? The best thing to do is have dermatologist look. It maybe acne that needs to be treated with different medication or it maybe a virus, i.e. warts. Either way, for your best interest have someone examine it closely.

Possibly milia: These could be milia or sebaceous cysts, rather than acne. I suggest going to a dermatologist to be sure.
