Probably not trich: Trichomonas symptoms usually are limited to vaginal discharge, often with odor. Less commonly, vaginal spotting or uncomfortable urination but not internal pain. But trich is an STD, often goes along with other STDs, especially gonorrhea, chlamydia, and sometimes pelvic inflammatory disease due to neither of them. All these could cause abdominal and/or back pain. Discuss with your doctor ASAP.
