Possible to see trich with wet prep or wet mount..can anything cause trich not to show when there's indeed an infection?

Trichomonas: No test is perfect and there will always be some % of false-negative results. This will depend upon the mode of testing, the specimen obtained, the observer, etc. But overall this is a fairly accurate test.
