Come again????: If you need help with a deep wound see a DR. You may need stitches. Meanwhile, wash well with tap water. You might try steri-strips to close the wound. Are you current for tetanus immunization? Vaseline is OK but peroxide, iodine, alcohol, bacitracin, neosporin, etc all interfere with healing.
