Today my body temperature is usually from 96.8 -97.0, once it was 95.7, a few times it was 97.2 and twice it was 97.5. is it abnormal? is it low temp?

Normal temperature: Temperatures in this range usually are not abnormal. If consistently under 96 it could be a sign of underactive thyroid gland. Probably all is OK but to be maximally safe, discuss this with your doctor, especially if you also have low energy, weight gain, or hair loss. FYI, 98.6 is the average human temperature, but slightly lower or higher levels aren't necessarily abnormal, especially low ones.
