Temperature: Body temperature varies from person to person and according to the technique and instrument used. Don't fret about this if you feel fine and measure it repeatedly if you want to get a baseline "normal" for yourself. Rectal or under the tongue measurements are most accurate (remember to wait at least a minute to register). Low thyroid states could contribute to a true low temperature.
