Dysuria: No you may have an urine infection please see your primary care so that they can test your urine and put you on antibiotics.

No; probable UTI: Your symptoms are typical for a urinary tract infection; the morning after pill isn't the cause. Sex sometimes triggers UTI, however. See a doctor for diagnosis and probable antibiotic treatment. Good luck!
