Need more info: Don't know what you are doing to support your new joint's function. It' salsa possible that you may have occlusion issues. If so, consultation w an Orthodontist may be in order.

Pain specialist: I assume you mean bilateral TMJ total joint replacement. Make sure you are being managed by a non-surgical orofacial-TMJ pain specialist.
