Muscle relaxants. : Both Baclofen and Zanaflex (tizanidine) are muscle relaxants by nature but Baclofen has been known to be useful in neurogenic conditions so it may help better. I don't believe that either of them have been studied much for spinal pain, so try and see which one works better.
