A few approaches may be helpful. BOTOX injections can be considered. Physical therapy does help, on an ongoing basis. Consult a neurosurgeon if not currently done. Find a rehab doctor, physiatrist if not yet involved.

There are a number of treatments for such spasticity. It is important to note if the spasticity is focal to a specific area or is it generalized throughout the body. Medications such as baclofen and tizanidine can help more generalized complaints and as long as you do not have side effects the dosages should be maximized before giving up on them. Focal complaints can often be treated by injections
