What to do if i have taken zanaflex (tizanidine) and baclofen but neither of them work. is there any other med out there that maybe could help me?

Need better work up: It sounds like you are being treated for muscle spasm of some sort . Your MD should be informed and reexamine you to make sure no other underlying problems are present. Often muscle spasms can be a secondary symptom .

Yes: Both are actually good medications, but there are other options. While i don't recommend jumping to ativan, (lorazepam) it is an excellent muscle relaxer. Have you tried dantrolene? Its not a great first line but can be used. Botulinum toxin is excellent with injections as well.
