Why: Why do you have such profound hypokalemia that you need so much of Aldactone and K supplements. If your kidney function is normal, it is uncommon to develop high K, but not impossible when you are on such high dose of Aldactone (spironolactone). You should get answers as why you have low K and get your K checked ever so often while on mediations. You should consider seeing a Kidney doc if not have
