Likely thyroid: Symptoms of seasonal allergy are typically sneezing itch nose runny nose itching of eyes etc. symptoms of fatigue and feeling excessively cold reduced apposite are more typical of hypothyroidism

Hypothyroid: If you have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and are taking thyroid replacement please have your doctor re-check your thyroid levels (TSH, Free T4, Free T3). If they are OK you need to find out what might be wrong with you. I
