Need more info: It is a little challenging to answer as our thyroid test units here in the States are different from yours. But if we had the TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone), also known as thyrotopin, value we might be of more help, Consider writing back and adding that. You have a combination of conditions that can cause fatigue and exhaustion. I hope you can find some help. All the best to you.
