A member asked:

I've noticed that i sweat a lot more than others do, and i'll sweat profusely especially after workouts, and even after showers. is this normal?

Depends: If your sweating is at appropriate times e.g. After exercise, when you are in a hot or humid environment or overly dressed then yes this just could be "your normal". If you sweat without cause then it may not be normal particularly if the sweating is not seasonal or stress induced. A condition called focal hyperhidrosis deserves mention as well. If in doubt see a dermatologist.
