4 weeks pregnant, tsh = 9.9. my doctor is adjusting my dose of levothyroxine, but should i be worried about miscarriage or other harm to baby?

No : You and baby would be fine as long as you stay on your thyroid medicine and check your thyroid function closely. There may be some mild fluctuations of your level due to your hormone change during pregnancy. Baby need to have thyroid function test within 2 weeks after birth as well.
