No STD, prostatitis: The partly duplicates your other question, which didn't provide these details. There is no way you caught gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas, or prostatitis from a hand job. Apparent prostatitis symptoms in this situation almost always are just anxiety over a regretted sexual decision, causing pelvic pain. You caught nothing from this event that can harm your wife. Period, full stop, no exceptions.
