Hi. pinch nerve in neck. (right side) felt zaps in arm & back . tried to go back to sleep , felt like nerves went away & pinch pain in scalp , loss of sensation for a bit , what is this??

Varies: There are multiple potential causes. As you say, it could be a pinched nerve, otherwise known as a radiculopathy. I would not hesitate to be seen. A good exam and appropriate studies can likely determine the cause.
