I slept on the floor a week ago, and since then i've had lower back pain , certain positions seem to trigger the pain although walking doesn't hurt.

Compression: neuritis/myalgia- nerve or muscle pain from tissue compression- will usually resolve on its' own or with the use of a mild anti-inflammatory medication if not allergic.
