sometimes when i walk with every step i take my lower back pops and it can hurt really bad too. it also happens with certain ab workouts like bycicles?

Back popping: What do imaging studies show.? Sometimes this happens after a old injury due to ligamentous damage in the sacroiliac area. Have it checked.
